I work and play at TUI Ski where I spend my days endeavoring to craft delightful interactive experiences. At home I like country pubs, listening to the eclectic delights of French radio FIP and am daddy to a clutch of cheeky little monsters. Any opinions expressed here are mine and do not represent the opinions of any company I work for.

Thanks for your comment DJ. I will endeavour to post a follow up article to examine the question you have rightly posed here...What are the issues we as designers need to tackle in order to make this “Experience Design” thing work? Wish me luck!

Hi Al
The manifesto certainly has noble intentions, as all manifestos should.
Possibly the biggest momentum behind a manifesto for the web in recent times was the Cluetrain Manifesto.

The issue I have is that most organisations are *still* waking up to what that means to them as businesses.

So, what difference will this manifesto make?
What are the issues we as designers need to tackle in order to make this "Experience Design" thing work?

Cheers
